Terms & Conditions

  • Sponsorship offers will be entertained on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  • Stall fascia with company name and stall number will be provided by the OC of the Conference.
  • Facilities required, if any, will be provided at an extra cost.
  • Extra electricity consumption will be provided at an additional cost.
  • The sponsor shall be responsible for any special permission, licenses, etc. if mandated by the Government of India.
  • All sponsorship payments shall be payable in Indian Rupees net of all taxes & TDS, due before the conference.
  • Sponsorship offers shall be confirmed only on receipt of the full sponsorship amount.
  • The organizing committee reserves the right to accept or reject offers of sponsorship at any point of time.
  • For prominent exhibition and advertisements, early choice space booking is mandatory.
  • Stalls will be allocated on a first-come basis.
  • Above rates are excluding 18% GST.

Cancellation Policy

  • 50% of the payment will be refunded if cancelled before 31st May 2026.
  • Cancellations received after 31st May 2026 will not be entitled to any refund.
